Start by contacting us or purchasing a pre-paid package of hours (Flexible or Express). This secures your priority slot and simplifies all future billing.

2. Instant Access

You'll immediately receive an invitation to our dedicated Client Portal. This is your command center for all requests, communication, and tracking.

3. Post Tasks

Submit a new request through the portal and include as much detail as possible. You can upload screenshots, mockups, or Loom videos.

4. Receive Quote

I'll review your request and provide a fixed-hour quote. You'll know exactly how many hours it will cost before we start working.

5. You Approve

Click "Approve" on the quote to give the green light. If you have questions about the scope, we can chat directly in the task thread.

6. Hours Deducted

The approved hours are automatically reserved from your balance. No invoices to pay later, no administrative friction.

7. Work Begins

We'll start development. Most projects start within 1-3 business days. You'll get updates as we make progress.

8. Review & Launch

You review the work on a staging theme. Once you approve, it goes live. Simple as that.
